All orders will be processed within 5-7 business days. On occasion, order fulfillment may be delayed while we are traveling abroad. A shipping notice will appear at the top of our web site with relevant fulfillment times to keep you updated!

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the handmade nature of your product(s).

Special care instructions for our note card sets: If possible, it’s best to store your note card sets in a cool, dry place. Air-tight containers are helpful in keeping your envelopes from sealing before use (this is more common in areas with high humidity).

SHIPPING
Our company ships through USPS. We are unable to ship outside of the U.S. at this time. We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order. We offer free shipping within the U.S. on all orders over $75.00

RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of your purchase when accompanied by a receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please email us with any concerns and we will assist whenever possible.
