ORDER TIMELINE
All orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Occasionally, order fulfillment may be delayed while we are traveling abroad. If this happens, a shipping notice will appear at the top of our website with updated fulfillment timelines to keep you informed.

HANDMADE DISCLAIMER
Each item is handcrafted with care. Due to the handmade nature of our work, the product you receive may vary slightly from the photos shown. Variations in color, pattern placement, and texture are a natural part of the process and make each piece uniquely yours.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To keep your note card sets in the best condition, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place. In areas with higher humidity, air-tight containers can help prevent envelopes from sealing before use.

SHIPPING
We ship orders via USPS Ground Advantage. At this time, we are only able to ship within the United States. We offer flat-rate U.S. shipping for $9, and free shipping on orders over $95. Once an order has been shipped, Emi Ink is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & ORDER ISSUES
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to make it right.

If you need to update an address or make a change to your order, please reach out as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to assist. Once processing has begun or the order has shipped, we may not be able to guarantee changes or intercept the package.
